What is Universal Design for Learning (UDL)

UDL acknowledges that there is great variation in how students learn best. There are two main premises of UDL:

Learning should be designed to be accessible to everyone

Information should be conveyed in a variety of ways, allowing for multiple means of: Engagement, Representation, and Expression.
